Thank you Bristol-Myers Squibb for joining us this year as we quickly responded to the needs presented by the COVID-19 crisis and to support our efforts to close the achievement gap!
A grant for $8,400 was received in Spring 2021 to help fund a subscription for Reflex Math, an individualized and adaptive computer program that is designed to help students learn and master basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts. BMS’s investment will contribute to the three year site license for all students in Summit’s five elementary schools.
A grant for $7,500 was received in Summer 2020 to fund a subscription for Gizmo, an online program that allows teachers and students to simulate complex curricular topics in math and science. BMS’s investment covered a site license for all Summit High School students through the 2020-2021 school year. Access to Gizmo ensures that our students have continuous access to high-quality math and science education.
